You Pre-Ordered GTA VI: You Get One Month of GTA+ for Free (and a Notice You Should Read)

Portada: You Pre-Ordered GTA VI: You Get One Month of GTA+ for Free (and a Notice You Should Read)

If you pre-ordered GTA VI digitally, Rockstar is giving you a free month of GTA+ with 500,000 GTA$, free cars, and free games. We'll show you how to claim it... and how to avoid being charged 7.99 € by accident.

Good news if you've already pre-ordered GTA VI: Rockstar is giving you one month of GTA+ for free. But before you rush to activate it, hold on a second—there are a couple of tips to make sure you don't mess up.

What You Get

GTA+ is Rockstar’s subscription service. Right now, it includes 500,000 GTA$ per month for GTA Online, the Vinewood Club (one free car per month and a 100-space garage), rotating bonuses, and a catalog of free games: GTA V, Red Dead Redemption, Vice City, Bully, LA Noire...

Who’s Eligible

  • Only if you bought the digital edition (Standard or Ultimate). Physical pre-orders don’t count.
  • Purchase before November 20, 2026.
  • Once per account, provided you meet the minimum age requirement.

Important Notice ⚠️

Two things almost no one tells you:

  1. It renews automatically. After the free month, you’ll be automatically charged about €7.99 per month. If you don’t want it, cancel it in your platform’s subscription settings before the renewal date.
  2. Don’t activate it yet. The free month expires after a few months, so if you claim it today, you’ll waste it long before the game comes out. Save it for around the launch (on PlayStation, you have until March 31, 2027).

Our verdict: confirmed. It’s on Rockstar’s support website and in PlayStation’s official terms and conditions. The freebie is real; the automatic charge is, too. You’ve been warned.
