Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Leonida Bay (the “Site”) you accept these Terms and the Legal notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may amend these Terms; changes are published on this page with their date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Who may use it

To create an account you must be at least 14 years old (the minimum age for digital consent in Spain). If you are under that age, do not use the Site without the authorisation of your parents or guardians. You may browse as a guest in read-only mode; to interact (comment, vote, post) you need an account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of what you post (“User Content”). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and revocable licence to host, display, reproduce and technically adapt such content for the sole purpose of operating the Site.

Warranties and liability. You represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law. You are solely responsible for your posts and you undertake to hold the Site harmless against any claim arising from them.

5. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to post or engage in, among others:

  • Material that infringes the intellectual or industrial property of third parties (including official game assets, images or videos).
  • Illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or harassing content, or content that violates the privacy of others.
  • Spam, impersonation, malware or attempts to breach the security of the Site.
  • Unauthorised automated use (mass scraping) that degrades the service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts at our reasonable discretion, particularly upon notices of infringement.

6. Optional paid plan (“Socio Plan”)

The Site may offer an optional subscription granting access to community perks and cosmetic items. It grants no right whatsoever over the intellectual property of Grand Theft Auto or of third parties, nor over game content. Payment is handled through an external payment provider (merchant of record), subject to its own terms. Save where legally required, amounts for periods already enjoyed are non-refundable; you may cancel the renewal at any time.

7. Game information and disclaimer of warranties

Information about Grand Theft Auto VI is for informational purposes, may be incomplete, may contain errors or include rumours identified as such, and may become outdated. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, a community interactive map). We do not control and assume no responsibility for such content or for external websites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, or from user or third-party content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law (for example, for wilful misconduct).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Site and delete your account whenever you wish. We may suspend or close access for breach of these Terms or for discontinuation of the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the mandatory protection rules of their country of residence in the EU shall apply. The Spanish version prevails over any translation. Contact: contacto@leonidabay.com.
