We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users. The Site acts as an intermediary service provider and diligently removes infringing content as soon as it obtains actual knowledge of it, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Directive 2000/31/EC and, where applicable, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. How to submit a takedown notice
If you are a rights holder (or their representative) and believe that content on the Site infringes your work, send a notice to contacto@leonidabay.com with:
- Identification of the protected work you believe is being infringed.
- The exact link (URL) to the content on the Site that must be removed.
- Your contact details (name, email and, where applicable, the organization you represent).
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
2. What we do when we receive it
Upon a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified content as soon as possible. Where applicable, we will inform whoever posted it, who may submit a counter-notice.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may reply to contacto@leonidabay.com indicating the affected content, an explanation and your contact details. We will assess the counter-notice in good faith.
4. Repeat infringers
We apply a policy of terminating repeat-infringer accounts: users who repeatedly infringe the rights of third parties will have their account suspended or closed.
5. Game-related material
This policy also covers Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive and other rights holders: if you spot your material that should be removed, write to us and we will cooperate immediately and in good faith. See also our Legal and fan-made notice.
