1. Nature of the site

Leonida Bay (the "Site") is a fan-made project with no significant profit motive, dedicated to commenting on, reporting on, and discussing the video game Grand Theft Auto VI and its universe. The Site is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed in any way by Rockstar Games, Inc., Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries, parent companies, or licensees (the "Rights Holders"). We are not an official source, nor do we speak on behalf of the Rights Holders.

2. Third-party intellectual property

"Grand Theft Auto", "GTA", "Vice City", "Rockstar Games", their logos, characters, settings, images, videos, sounds, trademarks, and other elements are the property of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Any reference to said trademarks or materials on the Site is made on a nominative basis, exclusively for the purposes of information, commentary, criticism, and review within the framework of a fan community, with no intention of creating confusion as to their origin or of unduly taking advantage of their reputation.

The use of these terms does not imply any claim of ownership over them by the Site.

3. The Site's original content

The artwork, illustrations, posters, design, editorial texts, and other resources created by the Site are original works inspired by an aesthetic (1980s / synthwave) and by the franchise as a fan tribute. Some store designs incorporate references, names, or logos from the franchise: said trademarks belong to their respective owners (see section 2) and are used on a nominative basis, as a tribute, without implying any affiliation or official endorsement. We do not offer downloads of material owned by the Rights Holders.

4. Linked or embedded third-party content

Some sections (for example, the interactive map) may embed or link to resources hosted by third parties, whose authorship is visibly attributed. The Site does not host or control such content and is not responsible for it; responsibility lies with its provider. If you hold rights over any linked content, contact us and we will act in accordance with section 6.

5. User-generated content

Theories, comments, images, and other user contributions are the sole responsibility of whoever posts them. The Site acts merely as an intermediary service provider (data hosting) within the meaning of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Directiva 2000/31/CE, and is under no obligation to monitor such content in advance. We diligently remove unlawful material, or material that infringes third-party rights, as soon as we obtain actual knowledge of it (see DMCA / Copyright).

6. Content takedown (rights holders)

We respect the rights of the Rights Holders. If you represent Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any rights holder and consider that any content should be modified or removed, write to us at contacto@leonidabay.com and we will handle the request with the utmost diligence, removing or blocking the flagged material as soon as possible. Our intention is to cooperate in good faith, not to harm the Rights Holders.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
