Rockstar released 33 images of GTA 6, and almost no one noticed the detail about Gloriana: here are the 6 regions of Leonida

On May 6, 2025, Rockstar released the official postcards for the six regions of GTA 6. We’ll take a look at what each one shows and the neighboring state hidden in the license plates.
On May 6, 2025, along with the second trailer, Rockstar updated the official GTA 6 website with a collection of more than 60 new images. Of these, about 33 are postcards featuring locations under the "VISIT LEONIDA" banner, spread across the six official regions of the state. This isn’t a rumor: it’s official material from Rockstar, and each postcard includes its own promotional text.
The 6 Regions, Postcard by Postcard
- Vice City (Vice-Dale County) — “Everything in Excess.” The capital of sun and excess: Ocean Beach with its Art Deco hotels, Little Cuba (the game’s Little Havana), the Tisha-Wocka Market, and the port, the “cruise capital of the world.” It’s the region with the most images (9).
- Leonida Keys — “Gateway to Paradise.” The chain of keys connected by bridges, inspired by the Florida Keys. This is where Jason and Lucia live at the start of the game.
- Grassrivers — “Welcome to the Wetlands.” The game’s Everglades: mangroves, hovercrafts, alligators, and an unsettling motto: “You never know what’s underneath.”
- Port Gellhorn (Kelly County) — “Live Hard.” The forgotten coast: cheap motels, closed attractions, and a criminal underworld on the Gulf.
- Ambrosia County — “Keeping Leonida Sweet.” The rural-industrial region dominated by the Allied Crystal Sugar refinery.
- Mount Kalaga National Park — "Wild, Wild Country." The northern forests, where, according to the official text, "mystical rednecks and paranoid radicals live far from the government’s watchful eye."
The detail almost no one mentions: Gloriana
The name Gloriana appears repeatedly on several license plates in Trailer 2 and on signs in the screenshots: a neighboring state located, according to the community’s interpretation, north of Leonida, right next to Mount Kalaga. Rockstar hasn’t confirmed whether it will be visitable, if it’s just background scenery, or if it hints at a future expansion, but the fact that the name appears so many times doesn’t seem like a coincidence. That specific point is community speculation; the postcards and their text are official.
Among the details spotted by the community in these images: Jason posing in front of the Ocean View Hotel (Tommy Vercetti’s hotel in 1986 Vice City), a PS5 with its controller visible in one scene, and activities like fishing, volleyball, and pool that hint at the return of mini-games.
Which region appeals to you the most? Does anyone else think Gloriana will end up being playable?
