Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Leonida Bay (the “Site”) you accept these Terms and the Legal notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may amend these Terms; changes are published on this page with their date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Who may use it

To create an account you must be at least 14 years old (the minimum age of digital consent in Spain); by signing up you confirm that you are. GTA VI is a game for adults (PEGI 18): the Site reports on it but does not sell or distribute it. You can browse as a guest in read-only mode; to interact (comment, vote, write in the chat) you need an account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of what you post (“User Content”). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and revocable licence to host, display, reproduce and technically adapt such content for the sole purpose of operating the Site.

Warranties and liability. You represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law. You are solely responsible for your posts and you undertake to hold the Site harmless against any claim arising from them.

5. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to post or engage in, among others:

• Material that infringes the intellectual or industrial property of third parties (including official game assets, images or videos).
• Illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or harassing content, or content that violates the privacy of others.
• Spam, impersonation, malware or attempts to breach the security of the Site.
• Unauthorised automated use (mass scraping) that degrades the service.
• Game content that Rockstar Games has not officially released (for example, material obtained before launch or without authorisation) and major story spoilers without prior warning.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the law, particularly after a notice of infringement. Notices are reviewed by a person.

How to tell us about illegal content. Anyone, with or without an account, can do so with the "Report" button (if they have an account) or by writing to contacto@leonidabay.com with the exact URL, the reason and, if they wish, their name and email. We acknowledge receipt and tell you what we decided.

If we remove something of yours. We will tell you what we removed or restricted and why, and you can ask us to review it by writing to contacto@leonidabay.com. If you disagree with the decision, you can also go to court.

6. Free service

The Site is free: it does not sell products or subscriptions, does not ask for donations and does not use affiliate links. All of its features are available to anyone with an account. Rewards in the predictions contest are badges and XP inside the Site; any other surprise will be announced with its own conditions. Should any paid service be offered in the future, its terms will be published on this page before it becomes available.

7. Game information and disclaimer of warranties

Information about Grand Theft Auto VI is for informational purposes, may be incomplete, may contain errors or include unofficial information, always credited to its source, and may become outdated. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, YouTube videos or State of Leonida map data). We do not control and assume no responsibility for such content or for external websites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, or from user or third-party content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law (for example, for wilful misconduct).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Site whenever you wish and ask us to delete your account by writing to contacto@leonidabay.com. We may suspend or close access for breach of these Terms or for discontinuation of the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the mandatory protection rules of their country of residence in the EU shall apply. The Spanish version prevails over any translation. Contact: contacto@leonidabay.com.
