Petra Navarro hosts the party that closes the third long mission of An Extended Look (August 27, 2026). Jason and Lucia are introduced to her by name and title (official subtitles) Confirmed:
"Petra, can I introduce you to Andrés' new security detail? Jason and Lucia, this is Petra Navarro, COO of Megamundo."
Rockstar hasn't given her a profile on Only in Leonida.
What is Megamundo?
It's the company throwing the party. Petra's speech says it is opening its first corporate headquarters on American soil, in Vice City Confirmed. The name is visible on a sign in the video (20:31) Confirmed. What Megamundo actually does isn't said.
What does the Extended Look show of Petra?
Which person is Petra on screen is our own identification: the woman with the dark bob who talks to Jason and Lucia at reception and gives the speech Likely.

The 21:32 line sounds like her talking about Andrés, but the subtitles don't say Likely. "The party's over!" at 23:14 is the shout the raiders come in on; it isn't Petra's Likely.
How is Petra connected to Andrés de León?
Professionally, for sure: Andrés is in the Megamundo building and Petra wants him down for the speech Confirmed. Personally, maybe: he calls her "honey", and PC Gamer suspects a workplace romance. That's a guess Rumor. See Andrés de León.

How did we identify her?
Rockstar has not published a profile or a portrait for Petra. Her name and job title come from the Extended Look dialogue Confirmed; the face is our deduction: the woman on screen in the scene where she is named Likely. We have attributed three shots to her (21:20, 22:57 and 23:10), all with the Probable seal, and her portrait comes from the 21:21 frame.
If it turns out to be someone else when the game comes out on 19 November, we will fix the image, the shots and this section, and say so in the page's update date.
